A Very Heavy Day at Owl Cottage
Today, Owl Cottage is a little quieter.
Today we said goodbye to our beautiful 15-year-old cat, who has been part of our family for so many years. She loved nothing more than snuggling up beside us and always wanted to be where we were. She was the sweetest, gentlest soul, and our home won’t feel quite the same without her.
There aren’t really words that make goodbye easier. Today we’re simply grieving, remembering, and feeling so grateful for every cuddle, every purr, and every precious year we shared.
